The classic A2 flight jacket is updated, in Antique brown, cowhide leather with a Shirt collar. This jacket has been worn and venerated by aviators for decades. It is the perfect pilot’s jacket with its warm yet roomy fit and large flapped pockets, ideal for storing maps, etc. They originally used goat hide but we have upgraded this to a thick, sturdy cowhide. It’s soft and supple yet incredibly hard-wearing with a subtle sheen that just can’t be replicated with cheaper hides. A covered YKK zip extends up to the collar with a fly front additionally fastened with concealed press studs. This makes the jacket incredibly snug when turned up against the elements and changes the look instantly. The hem and cuffs have rib knit to keep out the chill winds while two large pockets at the waist have flaps and side insert openings.
