Dress Up Arena Ltd aims to provide high-quality products and service. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return the item.

You must then return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Items must be unused, in resalable condition, with all tags attached, and packaged securely.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it arrives with us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. If the item is returned in a condition that shows handling beyond what is necessary to check it (e.g., worn outdoors, signs of use), we may reduce the refund in line with applicable consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a tracked return at our cost.

You will be offered a refund (or replacement where available, at our discretion).
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size/style, please return the original item (in line with the policy above) and place a new order.
Returns We May Refuse
We may refuse a return (or reduce the refund where permitted) if the item is returned:

Without tags, or not in resalable condition

Worn outdoors, used, altered, damaged, stained, or with odours (e.g., perfume/smoke)

Returned insecurely and damaged in transit due to poor packaging
How to Return an Item

Email support@dressuparena.co.uk with your order number and request to return.

We will confirm the return address and instructions.

Send the parcel using a tracked service.

After inspection, we will confirm and process your refund.
Processing time: Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the return for inspection and processing (often sooner).
International orders
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges applied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
